Going to Game Stop

I am obsessed with accompanying Jeff to Game Stop.

I always jump at the chance to go with him because Game Stop workers are so cocky and weird.

They will mock your choice of game or laugh at you when you don't know the correct title of a game.

The guys who work there always have ponytails or huge beards.

It's just an odd place.

Well Jeff pre-ordered the new Madden game and it came out at midnight so he asked me if I wanted to walk with him to get it.

Ummmm YES!

"Is there going to be some sort of party?" I asked.

"I don't think so" Jeff replied.

Game Stop is about a 10 minute walk from our house so we got there pretty fast and you guys they kinda had a little party happening.

There was a sad bowl of chips and a very unsanitary looking bowl of salsa as well as some candy on a table with a T.V. set up so people could play the new game.

There were probably 4 other people there but the workers assured me we had "just missed the big rush of people who had left".

Like I said..so cocky.

I tried to play the game and a worker ran over and reset the machine for me.

"Sorry I had to turn it off for a bit cause we got slammed." He said super cocky.

Because Jeff ordered the game earlier the workers printed out some super secret game codes for him and congratulated him on his pre-order.

Then they threw a few small foam footballs at me and encouraged me to take some candy.

I took a pack of Whoppers and then we were on our way.

Game Stop...always a weird time.

I met Dolph Ziggler

So there I was standing at my gate in the airport when I look up and see a pretty interesting looking guy.

He's super muscular, tan and his hair is platinum blonde.

Then I realize he is carrying the WWE Money in the Bank Briefcase.

It's Dolph Ziggler!

Ziggler from Monday Night Raw is on my flight and the Money in the Bank Briefcase is his carry on.

I was so excited.

I have watched wrestling off and on since I was in high school.

My brother Bud would put it on and we would get a big kick out of The Rock, Mankind, Triple H, The Big Show, Kane and Stone Cold Steve Austin to name a few.

A few years ago my brother and I actually met Sean Michaels the Heartbreak Kid at church.

I like wrestling.  It really makes me laugh and it's pretty much a soap opera for men.  Jeff tapes Raw every Monday night and watches it Tuesday during the day.  So while I'm eating breakfast and picking up the house I watch it and Ziggler always seems to wrestle first.  He's actually a really good wrestler.  But his manager is so annoying.  So I always hate his segment because I can't stand her.

I was a little panicked to ask him for a picture because I didn't want to bother the guy but then I realized he was walking around the airport with that Money in the Bank Briefcase that clearly gave away who he was.

Also his hair and neon pink sunglasses made him stand out as well.

I went up to him and said "Mr. Ziggler may I please have a photo? My husband would be so disappointed if I didn't ask you."

He kinda half smiled, stood up and said "Sure."

He put his arm around my waist (Fresh!) and I snapped the photo.

I said thanks and walked away.

Also don't I look horrible in the photo?!

I only got 2 hours of sleep that night.

Ziggler was nice and he was wearing a lovely cologne.

I really wanted to get a picture of the briefcase but it was tough.

I was obsessed that he used it as his carry on.

One day I would love to meet CM Punk in an airport.

He's my current favorite right now and he's from Chicago!

RC Juggle

When some of our best friends Mike and Melissa were in town with their two daughters Gracie and Lucy this summer we took them to D'agostino's.

It happened to be family night and there was this guy walking around making animal balloons.

I was so impressed by his balloon making skills that I had to blog about him!

He made Grace a huge, ridable unicorn and Lucy a giant flower.

He handed us his business card and all I read was the top so I thought his name was "RC Juggles".

As we walked home I couldn't stop saying things like:

"Did you see that giant balloon octopus he made.  That thing was like 8 feet wide.  RC Juggles is the man!"

This guy was just so great and jolly I would recommend him for any kids party.

JB Birthday Card

One of my best friends Sara sent me a gigantic Justin Bieber birthday card in the mail.

It really cracked me up!

Every time I see those huge cards in a drug store I always wish someone would send one to me.

My dreams have come true and if you know anything about Bieber you know he is all about living your dream.

Since I'm old and don't know that much about Justin Bieber I will tell you a few things I think I know about him.  I have no idea if any of these things are true.

1.) He was really good at playing the drums when he was like 3 or 4.
2.) Somehow he met R&B star Usher and lived in his basement???? Like him and his Mom moved into Usher's house????
3.) He never says never.
4.) Bieberfever.
5.) People are obsessed with his haircut.
6.) He has a song called "Baby".
7.) He dates Selena Gomez.
8.) He's Canadian.

That's all I know.

A Clean Stove Top

Did you know that there is a secret world of dirt and grime that live under your stove top?

Neither did I until my Mom came to visit and I was asking her about drip pans and she immediately lifted my stove top up showcasing a world of grossness I never knew existed.

Well I finally bought new drip pans and cleaned the small dark world under the stove top.

It took me an hour and a half to do this!

What really helped was one of my all time favorite cleaners: Krud Kutter.

This product is amazing and is the only thing that will clean up grease and other sticky matter.

I haven't seen it in normal grocery stores but you can get it at Home Depot.

Now that my stove is clean I actually feel like cooking!
