Vegan? Raw? Mochi?

This entire contract I have been eating lots of vegan/ living/ health food.

It's all delicious!

I never know what I'm eating but I really like it.

The above is some imitation curry chicken wrap with tons of living sprouts.

I would eat this way all the time except I have no idea how to prepare food like this.
