Night Hawkers

We chased the sun in hopes of catching the sunset on Hale a Kala Volcano.

We barely made it to the top.

Someone gave us the nick name Night Hawkers because we hung out on top of the volcano for a few hours watching the stars.

I even saw my first shooting star!

I wished to change lives with Jeff Griggs (ala Freaky Friday) for a day.

Hi Jeannie,
My name is Jessika; I have my own blog and I like to press the "Next Blog" link at the top just to see what's out there. Today it took me to your page.

I was trying to see if you were actually sailing around the Hawaiian Islands (SO NEAT), so I thought I'd click to one of your earlier posts. Ha, and there's a picture of the Roloffs, who live closeby to me. And I've NEVER been to their farm! We always mean to go, but then the line is long and we have another farm we go to year-around so... we usually ditch the line.

But, if you ever make it over to Oregon, let us know! My husband and I make pretty good tour guides.

We're at oregonkaisers.blogspot.com

Anyway, hopefully this isn't too odd or out of the blue. Your site is very neat, a good combination of obsessions and life experiences. I love it. I try to make mine the same, but sometimes I get stuck on tangents and, well, I end up with a string of posts on one thing. Oh well.
