It's a rich, hearty stew made with pork and hominy.
In my family we put chopped onions and radishes on top and don't for get a handful of Fritos and tons of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
The great thing about posole is you can eat it anytime!
I love having it for breakfast.
Oh and always serve with a chilled Dr. Pepper.
